برطبق گزارش این هفته شرکت فردی مک (Freddie Mac) مورخ (July 29, 2021)، همچنان که اقتصاد در تلاش است تا به حالت قبل از همه گیری بیماری بازگردد و مبارزه با انواع مختلف COVID-19 در حال گسترش است، مالکان و خریداران خانه همچنان از پایین ترین نرخ بهره وام مسکن در طول تاریخ خود بهره می برند. به دلیل شرایط فعلی، نرخ بهره وام مسکن 30 ساله با نرخ ثابت برای پنجمین هفته متوالی زیر 3 درصد باقی ماند. در حالی که نرخ بهره وام مسکن 15 ساله با نرخ ثابت در پایین ترین سطح خود رکورد دیگری را ثبت کرد.
همانطور که در گراف بالا مشاهده می کنید، میانگین نرخ سود وام 30 ساله مسکن با نرخ ثابت در این هفته 2.8 درصد است.
